Our goal is to make every shopping experience satisfactory and rewarding. This means selling our products at terrific prices, and with superior service.

   Most shipments are sent within 5 to 7 days of ordering. In case of a backorder, we will contact you if it will take longer than 7 days.

   An order will be cancelled if not paid for within 7 days. Shopping carts are kept available for 14 days.

   We offer FREE shipping on US orders of $100 or more (Continental US only). Limit of 1 gallon per order for free shipping. Enter the code freeship during the checkout process. We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier when you choose this option.

   International orders will be billed separately for shipping, by Paypal invoice. Canada orders will automatically complete at checkout.

   We prefer UPS Ground shipping over Parcel Post because of better handling, faster delivery, and also they include insurance up to $100. We reserve the right to send large orders by UPS Ground instead of USPS Parcel Post at our discretion, at no extra charge to you. If you do not want your order shipped UPS Ground, let us know right away.

   We pride ourselves in offering you choices! You have a choice of shipping options (Parcel Post, Priority, or UPS Ground), and also a choice in payment options (personal check, money order, or credit card by Paypal). You will see the shipping price options before the checkout page in the drop down menu of your shopping cart when you type in your zip code.

   All unopened products will accepted on returns up to 30 days of the order date. Our refunds are 100%, less shipping and handling charges. Opened or used products will not be refunded. Please contact us by email for any refund issue.

   Personal checks and money orders are accepted, but your order will not ship until 2 weeks after your payment is received. All money orders must be national, such as US Post Office, Wal-Mart, Wells Fargo, etc.
