Yes, but our website only calculates shipping prices for US and Canada orders. If you place an international order (other than Canada), it will give you a shipping price of $0.  We will send you a separate Paypal invoice for the international shipping charges. All orders are charged a shipping price based on the total weight of your order, and your location.

      My order is over $100. Now how do I get free US shipping?

If your order is $100 or more (Continental USA only) simply type the code word freeship during the checkout process after you have made a cart. Limit of 1 gallon per order to get the free shipping. We will choose the shipping carrier on all Free Shipping orders. Qualifying orders that pay for shipping by oversight will receive free product of our choice included in the shipment.

      Can I purchase insurance or add "signature confirmation" to my shipment?

Yes. Just email us immediately after placing your order and we will send you a Paypal invoice for those optional add-on charges.

      Can I ask you what products would be best for my hair?

Yes, we are a team of professionals, that own and work in a salon. If you are unsure of which product to purchase, feel free to email us! We will do our best to recommend products for you based on the information you give us. We check our email several times a day to better serve you.

      I want to pay by credit card, but I don't have a Paypal account. Will you take my credit card information?

No, unfortunately we are not yet set up to take credit cards directly. Paypal has fast and easy signup process to pay with your credit card, debit card, or echeck. Just go to www.paypal.com to get a Paypal account. Many online companies now offer the Paypal option for safe and secure payments.

      I don't want to place an order over the internet. Can I still order from you?

Yes! Just simply add items to your shopping cart and go the checkout page. Once the page shows the total of your order with the shipping, print out the page and send it with your check or money order, including your return name and address to our salon:
