 This is a pump to fit a gallon size container of Scruples shampoo, conditioner, or other product. If you order it without product, we can't guarantee it will fit your liter. The length can be trimmed down to fit a shorter liter bottle. It comes in 2 pieces that fit together. Once screwed on, turn the nozzle counter clockwise to extend the pump neck up to use.
