 This is a pump to fit a 33.8 oz. liter size container of Scruples shampoo, conditioner, or other product. If you order it without product, we can't guarantee it will fit your liter. The length can be trimmed down to fit a shorter liter bottle. It comes in 2 pieces that fit together. Once screwed on tight, turn the nozzle counter clockwise to make the pump extend its neck up for use.
