The updated product is called Scruples Enforce Firm Spray (non aerosol)

It is the same as the previous Enforce Styling Spray, but with the current VOC standards, the bottle has to state it differently

Working spray can be used as a styling spray, or a finishing spray.

Can be used on wet hair or dry hair to create volume and fullness.

Completely water-soluble.

Adds lift to the root area.

Stands up to moisture, humidity, and wind.
