   If you need help placing an order, feel free to contact us anytime. If you can't find a specific product, or if you are looking for a size that we don't have listed, or even if you are searching for a discontinued product. Whatever the reason, we welcome any questions, because we want you to enjoy ordering from us time and time again.

If you are having problems making your payment, try to place your order again. We will not process any unpaid orders. We use Paypal as our credit card processor, so when you choose this option to make a payment online, you will be directed to Paypal's website temporarily. Please note that you do not need to set up a Paypal account to do this. On Paypal's page, the right side of the page will be the Paypal login for Paypal accounts. The left side of the page is for those who don't have a Paypal account to enter the credit card information with Paypal's secure online payment company. Once you enter and submit your information, you will know you have completed the payment if you are automatically re-directed back to our website.

   We prefer UPS Ground shipping over Parcel Post because of better handling, faster delivery, and also they include insurance up to $100. We reserve the right to send large orders by UPS Ground instead of USPS Parcel Post at our discretion, at no extra charge to you. If you do not want your order shipped UPS Ground, let us know right away. Priority Mail will not be sent UPS.

   If you would like to send us your order and pay by check or money order, you can simply print a copy of your Shopping Cart page, and mail it with your payment, to our salon: Mane Focus Salon, Attention: Ellen Dornseif, 605 Professional Park Dr, New Haven, IN 46774.
